I love the second dary bedrooms and bathrooms
The prymary is amazing its a nice size

This home looks really good from the curb.
The courtyard is nice, lots of space. Personally, I’m so not a fan of these next-gen suites, I’d rather use that space for office, home theater, extra bedroom… no need for a second kitchen (at least for me).
Lots of space and lots of potential in this home.
It seem a bit over-priced compared to other homes that have been featured. The HOA and Masterplan fees are just plain ridiculous. Especially for a 55+ community, that’s just too much money (for a totally useless entity, IMO). I kind of sound like a Negative Ned here (sorry), I don’t have any need for an HOA.
